About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Strategic RevOps Leader to join our team on a fractional basis (25%/50%/75% capacity). In this role, you'll serve as a key member of our leadership team, driving revenue operations strategy and execution while being fully embedded with our teams during your dedicated time.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of our RevOps strategy, aligning sales, marketing and customer success operations
Optimize our revenue funnel from lead generation through customer expansion
Design and implement scalable processes that drive efficiency across the revenue organization
Provide data-driven insights to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions
Evaluate and optimize our tech stack to enable revenue growth
Identify and address operational bottlenecks that hinder growth
Partner with functional leaders to improve forecasting accuracy and reliability
Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention and expansion
Required Experience
15+ years in revenue operations leadership roles at B2B SaaS companies
Proven track record scaling operations for companies between $10-100M ARR
Experience implementing and optimizing CRM and sales enablement tools
Strong understanding of sales, marketing and customer success processes
Expertise in data analysis and business intelligence
History of successful cross-functional collaboration and influence
