About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Strategic RevOps Leader to join our team on a fractional basis (25%/50%/75% capacity). In this role, you'll serve as a key member of our leadership team, driving revenue operations strategy and execution while being fully embedded with our teams during your dedicated time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of our RevOps strategy, aligning sales, marketing and customer success operations

  • Optimize our revenue funnel from lead generation through customer expansion

  • Design and implement scalable processes that drive efficiency across the revenue organization

  • Provide data-driven insights to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions

  • Evaluate and optimize our tech stack to enable revenue growth

  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks that hinder growth

  • Partner with functional leaders to improve forecasting accuracy and reliability

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention and expansion

Required Experience

  • 15+ years in revenue operations leadership roles at B2B SaaS companies

  • Proven track record scaling operations for companies between $10-100M ARR

  • Experience implementing and optimizing CRM and sales enablement tools

  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing and customer success processes

  • Expertise in data analysis and business intelligence

  • History of successful cross-functional collaboration and influence
